Allmountain Mips Helmet is a well-ventilated ski and snowboard helmet that combines a robust ABS shell with shock-absorbing EPS foam to provide reliable protection against falls and impacts. The helmet is also equipped with the MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) safety system. MIPS has been developed to provide additional protection against rotational movements that are transferred to the brain during angled impacts. An angled impact is the most common type of fall accident, whether it occurs from a bicycle, skis, horseback riding, etc. Rotational movements are a combination of rotational energy and rotational forces from angular acceleration that both affect the brain and increase the risk of minor and severe brain injuries. Installed in a helmet, the MIPS protection system has been shown to reduce rotational movement by redirecting the energies and forces that would otherwise be transferred to the brain.

The helmet is also equipped with a soft inner lining that provides a pleasant feel and extra comfort throughout the ride. To prevent chafing, the chin strap has padding that protects the skin, even during long days on the slopes. There is a practical size adjustment at the back of the neck that makes it easy to adjust the helmet to the shape of the head, providing a secure and optimal fit.
